Service and publisher

These terms describe the scope and conditions of use of the Monthwe app, website and MCP connection published by Kunho Lim. The privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.

Accounts and household access

Sign in with a Google or Apple account and use households you own or are authorized to join. Check the members and records of a shared household. Do not connect material you are not authorized to access or put bank passwords or sign-in verification codes in budget records or support requests.

Records and statement imports

Choose the household currency during setup; it is fixed afterward. Transactions in another currency are not automatically converted. Before importing, compare dates, descriptions, currency, signs, amounts, categories and duplicates against the source and confirm which transactions to save. AI analysis does not replace checking the source.

MCP imports display a preview and require separate explicit approval before confirmation. An expired preview or a change to the household, monthly budget or permissions may require a fresh preview and approval.

Simulations and service scope

A simulation compares assumptions against the monthly plan without saving or changing budgets or transactions. Plans, recorded transactions and separately entered actual savings are different values. Bank connections, real-time balances, money transfers, payments and daily cash-flow forecasts are not provided.

Current free access and existing subscriptions

Available Pro features are free during the current Pioneer POC; new purchases and plan changes are disabled. Pro processing and household membership limits apply. Pricing and free access may change in the future, with advance notice. You will not be charged automatically without separate consent or a subscription request.

Apple handles renewal, cancellation and refunds for existing Apple subscriptions. Pioneer benefits, uninstalling the app or deleting your account do not automatically cancel an existing subscription. Manage any existing Apple subscription separately.

Disconnecting, deletion and external services

Revoking OAuth blocks subsequent MCP access; it does not delete imported transactions or ChatGPT conversations. Follow the privacy policy and the app’s account-deletion instructions to delete app records or your app account. Manage Google and Apple accounts and data in external services such as ChatGPT separately.
